QCA is working hard to bring you a variety of monthly webinar lectures.

This coming September will see to webinars which will be open to non-members as well.

Lorna Constantine presents “Big Stitch Quilting-Making it Modern on September 18, 2021 at 12 pm PST. Tickets went on sale for CQA Members August 13 and will go on sale for Non-members September 13, 2021.


Teresa Duryea Wong presents “Indigenous North American Quilts: 150 Years of Sewing and Survival on September 22, 2021 at 4 pm PST. Tickets went on sale for CQG Members August 23 and will go on sale for Non-members September 15, 2021.

Tickets cost $10 plus tax for CQA members and $20 plus tax for Non-members.


CQA has offered fun quilt-alongside and projects, all of which are posted on their website. CQA is also sharing ideas and finished quilts on the Quilting in Canada Facebook page and the Canadian Quilters Association-Quilting Projects Facebook page.

2) 2022 TrendTex Challenge “Refresh”. Fabric bundles available for purchase for CQA Members as of October 2021 and for Non-members as of 2021. Please see www.canadianquilter.com for details.


3) CQA member Challenge “Rewire” entry form available on CQA website as January 3, 2022 to April 30, 2022. Challenge uses only Black and White fabrics.

A brand new Mystery Quilt begins in September. If you love a good mystery quilt and your not a member, now is the perfect time to join.
